My first encounter with Bridgewater's came shortly after meeting my wife and future
in-laws in 1972. The whole family had been long time customers. I quickly learned why.
It was obvious I was to enjoy the personal service afforded everyone who enters the
establishment. It was as if I had always been a valued customer. I must admit, I
worried when Clay passed, about getting the custom made pieces I was used to.
Mary quickly put those worries aside when we sat down, and together, using her state
of the art computer program, designed a piece for that special occasion I had coming soon.
They've also special ordered pieces from their catalogs for me with no extra cost.
I've been their customer for over thirty-five years, and it's always the first place
I look for fine jewelry.
